Ben’s Yard is known for hosting large-scale, community-focused events, festivals, markets and unique experiences. These events are designed to bring the community together and provide a wide range of activities and entertainment for visitors of all ages. Our independent retailers also host a number of fitness classes, floral workshops and memorable moments at Ben’s Yard.

Ben’s Yard shopping village is fully pedestrianised
and accessible to everyone.
PARKING
We offer ample free parking, with a number of accessible parking spaces located close to each entrance. We also have eight EV charging points.
ASSISTANCE DOGS
We welcome all assistance dogs to the Village. If your dog requires a water bowl, please ask a member of our team.
FACILITIES
Ben’s Yard is noted for its exceptionally smart and well-designed toilets. We have ensured that baby changing facilities are available not only in the ladies' restrooms but also in the gents' and all accessible toilets.

We have plenty of on-site parking, with additional overflow parking for events and those busier days. In addition we have 8 EV charging points and plenty of disabled parking spaces.
This parking is free of charge for customers and guests.
